We use Courier post as our Courier , all product will be sent non signature unless requested, a track and trace number will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order

Shipping is free for all orders over $75.00

Orders under $75 will incur $4.50 incl GST Shipping charge, we do not charge extra for rural delivery

Our aim is to have your order dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of your order and delivered to you within 2-3 working days. We will endeavour to have your order delivered to you within these times however at times conditions outside our control may prevent this from happening

Money Back Guarantee

If your product does not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us immediately and we will arrange the return and replacement or refund for the product. All claims must be made within 7 days.

If you are not completely satisfied with One Stop Health products for any reason, product that is unopened with safety seals intact may be returned within 7 days after purchase. You'll receive a refund. No questions asked! Shipping costs are not refundable. Return costs to be paid by the customer.

If a return a single product purchased as part of a multi buy promotion, you will be refunded the full price of that product, less the total discount given in the offer.
